“I recently stayed at this motel and had a fantastic experience. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. “We have been coming to Coffs Harbour each month, for past one year plus, for a few days vacation and we always stay in Pacific Palm Motel. We like this motel very much. It's location is right in the CBD. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The price is reasonably affordable. Shobna and Sam are managing this motel very nicely. They are friendly and do take care of us very nicely. Raj, from Tamworth.

“t's a convenient location and incredibly capable staff who are happy to help with late calls for bookings, which is helpful when you're travelling. You can park outside your room which is helpful also. Rooms have everything you need. 2 beds, hot shower, fridge, jug, toaster and milk, tea and coffee. We always stay here and have always been catered to with late notice. Very appreciative 😃

“Rooms are clean and tidy. Old building well maintained as you would expect. The hand pump soaps, body lotion and shaving cream are a nice touch. Vending machine for drinks and snacks I found a bonus at 4am when leaving to get back on the road. Gentleman at the counter is friendly and helpful. Offer a small discount for NRMA members. Perfect place for the overnight stop while travelling. Yes, it is on the main road, so some may hear some road noise (we didn't notice it) but so are most other hotels in the area for passing by travelers. Makes it convenient. Beds are comfortable with many King Bedroom options.
