“Very friendly and helpful reception on arrival. The room was clean, bed was very comfy. Delightfully high water pressure in the shower! It was only a short overnight stay, but I'm glad I stopped here. Very nice.

“Our room was spacious and well-lit, with a comfortable mattress and plenty of pillows on the bed. Glasses were pre-chilled in the fridge for us and the air-conditioning was a welcome breath of cool air after the Coffs Harbour humidity. The bathroom was compact but had everything we needed with plenty of hot water, good shower pressure and shower gel/shampoo etc. Our room was close to the main road, but we couldn't hear traffic at all. Coffee, brunch and supermarkets were a short stroll from our front door at the central shopping mall nearby. Didn't try the pool because of the rain, but it was clean and well kept. Most importantly, the owners were friendly and the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast.

“What we did like was how we could walk to Dinning Rooms from the motel and it was no more than a 5 minute walk . Everything was within walking distance so we would not hesitate in going back especially the large space and clean rooms it really was a great get away

“Perfect place to stay for a night or 2. Designated parking spots is a massive bonus especially if you are arriving later and don’t want the hassle of finding a spot somewhere near your room. Guaranteed parking a metre from your door is fantastic!

“I recently stayed at this motel and had a fantastic experience. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were surprisingly comfortable and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for a good night's sleep. “We have been coming to Coffs Harbour each month, for past one year plus, for a few days vacation and we always stay in Pacific Palm Motel. We like this motel very much. It's location is right in the CBD. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. The price is reasonably affordable. Shobna and Sam are managing this motel very nicely. “t's a convenient location and incredibly capable staff who are happy to help with late calls for bookings, which is helpful when you're travelling. You can park outside your room which is helpful also. Rooms have everything you need. 2 beds, hot shower, fridge, jug, toaster and milk, tea and coffee. We always stay here and have always been catered to with late notice. Very appreciative 😃
