“Rooms are clean and tidy. Old building well maintained as you would expect. The hand pump soaps, body lotion and shaving cream are a nice touch. Vending machine for drinks and snacks I found a bonus at 4am when leaving to get back on the road. Gentleman at the counter is friendly and helpful. Offer a small discount for NRMA members. Perfect place for the overnight stop while travelling. Yes, it is on the main road, so some may hear some road noise (we didn't notice it) but so are most other hotels in the area for passing by travelers. Makes it convenient. Beds are comfortable with many King Bedroom options.

“We travel frequently for our work and have stayed in many different motels, hotels and resorts over the years, and Pacific Palms Motel was a thorough surprise and delight to have had the pleasure of visiting. It genuinely exceeded our expectations by far, given the amazing ‘value-for-money’ nightly rates and availability, the friendliest and most efficient check-in I’ve ever experienced, the cleanliness of the rooms and the seriously comfortable bed! I have to make a special mention of the absolutely glorious shower and beautifully refurbished rooms. This motel is a little gem that will very pleasantly surprise anyone who is fortunate enough to stay here! We will be making this our company’s go-to for accommodation in Coffs Harbour from now on and I look forward to returning! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable! 10/10 ⭐️’s from us!!
